PAYMENT TERMS
Terms of sale are Net 30 (with approved credit), check, wire transfer or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). For those wishing to apply for Net 30 credit, please contact a sales representative to get a credit application and assist in starting a net account.
SHIPPING
All in-stock orders are shipped FOB Olathe, KS. via our UPS or LTL carrier with charges added to your invoice.
Customers can request shipping by other methods on their own accounts, but they would be responsible for any claims or issues with their carrier.
Please inquire about these options with your sales representative.
Customer is responsible for all freight charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments.
Any additional charges for exportation would be the responsibility of the customer. This would include, but is not limited to duties, taxes, and brokerage charges.
DAMAGE OR CLAIMS
Damaged and missing items need to be illustrated on the carrier’s delivery receipt and reported to Satellite Engineering Group immediately upon receipt.
Due to the fragile nature of some of our products (satellite antennas and receivers), the shipments should be opened and thoroughly inspected upon receipt and checked for any possible concealed damage. If damage has occurred, please note on the shipping document and contact Satellite Engineering Group immediately.
RETURN POLICY
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to the return of any merchandise.
Please contact Satellite Engineering Group Customer Service Desk (800)932-1555 x6009 to obtain a return authorization.
The customer could be subject to a restock charge and may be responsible for shipping expenses.
RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. |
